Important Notice

At Lemonseed Technologies, we strive to deliver exceptional IT consulting services. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for various service categories.

Project-Based Services

This includes web development, mobile app development, custom software development, and other project-based deliverables.

Refund Eligibility

  • Pre-Development Phase: Full refund available if project is cancelled before development begins (within 7 days of contract signing)
  • Development Phase: Partial refund based on work completed and deliverables provided
  • Post-Delivery: No refunds after final deliverables are provided and approved by client

Refund Process

  1. 1 Submit refund request via email to refunds@lemonseed.tech
  2. 2 Provide project details, contract number, and reason for refund request
  3. 3 Our team will review within 5-7 business days
  4. 4 Approved refunds processed within 10-15 business days

IT Consulting Services

This includes strategic consulting, technology advisory, architecture planning, and other consulting engagements.

Hourly Consulting

  • Refund available for unused pre-paid hours
  • No refund for completed consultation sessions
  • 48-hour cancellation notice required

Retainer Consulting

  • Pro-rated refund for unused retainer period
  • 30-day notice required for retainer cancellation
  • Minimum commitment period may apply

AMC & Support Services

Annual Maintenance Contracts and ongoing technical support services.

AMC Refund Terms

  • Within 30 days: Full refund minus any services already provided
  • After 30 days: Pro-rated refund for unused contract period
  • Emergency support: No refund for emergency call-out charges

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Third-party license fees and subscriptions
  • Domain registration and hosting setup fees
  • Cloud infrastructure setup and configuration costs
  • Training sessions and knowledge transfer completed
  • Custom integrations with third-party services

Special Circumstances

Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control:

  • • Project timeline extensions without penalty
  • • Option to pause services without cancellation fees
  • • Pro-rated refunds for severely impacted projects

Service Defects

If delivered services do not meet agreed specifications:

  • • Free remediation within warranty period
  • • Partial refund if issues cannot be resolved
  • • Full refund for fundamental service failures

Payment and Processing

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Bank transfer refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Processing Fees

Payment gateway charges and transaction fees are non-refundable. Refund amounts will be net of these charges where applicable.

Currency

All refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment. Exchange rate fluctuations are not covered by Lemonseed Technologies.

Legal Information

This refund policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This policy forms part of our service agreement and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.

Lemonseed Technologies reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
